Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the procurement of drilling tools for 105MM and 125MM alongwith accessories for CNC Deep Hole Boring Machine ML 700-1-32500, Germany. This procurement is under the supervision of the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The tender follows PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules and is based on a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on FOB basis. Items being procured: - Drilling Tools for 105MM - Drilling Tools for 125MM - Accessories for CNC Deep Hole Boring Machine ML 700-1-32500, Germany The technical scope includes supply of brand new tools conforming to the latest specifications and standards as per Annexure G and Appendix-I. Delivery period is 8 months after signing the contract. The supplier must provide OEM certificates, quality certifications, and warranty for 12 months from the date of last Consignee Receipt Certificate. Inspection and testing will be conducted by HIT technical teams including Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) and Post-Shipment Inspection. Payment terms include 70% payment on shipping documents and 30% on Consignee Receipt Certificate. Bid security is required as per instructions with specific ceilings based on firm registration status. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with HIT or provide valid agency agreements, NTN certificates, and other financial documents including audit reports and bank statements.
