The Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Army Aviation Base Multan is procuring a comprehensive range of aviation spare parts and maintenance kits. This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational readiness of aircraft by supplying essential components including batteries, wooden planks, welding electrodes, packing materials, electrical items, and specialized maintenance tools. The tender covers both local and imported items with delivery timelines of one month for local and three months for foreign supplies. The scope includes items such as carton sizes, polythene bags, cutter blades, welding glass, wooden materials, batteries of various voltages, hand pallet truck parts, hydraulic filters, clutch assemblies, electrical switches, LED lights, tool kits, and various OEM referenced maintenance kits and fixtures. Firms interested in participating must possess valid NTN certificates and should not have pending deliveries from the last financial year. The tender requires submission of technical and commercial bids in separate envelopes clearly marked. Technical bids must include brand names, specifications, country of origin, authorization for import, and manufacturer certificates where applicable. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount in the form of pay order or bank draft is compulsory. Firms must also submit registration certificates, CNIC copies, and attestations confirming they are not blacklisted. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 per submission. The deadline for submission is 13 May 2026 by 11:30 AM at the local store of ASD EME Multan, with opening of bids at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidders should ensure their quotations are valid until 30 June 2026 and prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Late submissions will not be entertained.
