Supply of Stationary, Printing, IT Equipment, Furniture, Vehicles and Repair Services for School Education Department Punjab

The Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of the Punjab invites sealed bids through Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (PPRA Rules, as amended) from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and also engaged in trading, registered with the relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax/PRA, etc.). The contract shall be executed on a Framework basis and on a package/lot-wise basis. The electronic bids shall be uploaded and evaluated as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure provided in the PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Stationary Items - Printing & Publication Items - Computer Stationary Items - Others Items - Cost of Other Stores Items - Entertainment & Gifts Items - Repair of Machinery & Equipment Items - Repair of Transport Items - Purchase of Lubricant Items - Purchase of Plant & Machinery - Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Purchase of Furniture & Fixture - Rental Vehicles - Furnishing of office building - Purchase of Software - Repair of IT Equipment The required specifications, quantities, quality standards and detailed Schedule of Requirements are specified in the Bidding Documents. Procurement will be executed through a Framework Contract on an as-and-when-required basis, governed by the unit rates quoted by the successful Bidder(s) against each Lot. Complete electronic Bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk as per the following schedule: Technical & Financial Bid Submission Date and Time: 17th Aug, 2026 @ 11:00 AM. Technical Bid Opening Date and Time: 17th Aug, 2026 @ 11:30 AM. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and provide 5% Bid Security of the estimated cost of the relevant Lot(s) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the name of the Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department. Joint Ventures are not allowed. Bids must be complete and without blank entries to avoid disqualification. Bidders may quote for one, several, or all Lots, but Bid Security must be furnished separately for each Lot quoted.
