The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) at Jinnah International Airport Karachi is procuring civil works for the provision of back-up generator power supply specifically for the air conditioning units of the OCC equipment room located at Terminal-1. This procurement is part of the FY 2026-27 plan and aims to enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of the airport’s critical infrastructure.

The technical scope involves installation and commissioning of a back-up generator system designed to support the air conditioning units ensuring uninterrupted power supply. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The tender follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 13, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is mandatory as per bidding documents.
