Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Karachi is procuring Backup WAN Connectivity Over Fiber from its Head Office to regional offices in Hyderabad, Nawabshah, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, and Quetta. This procurement is under Tender Enquiry No. SSGC/SC/PT/EPADS/14333 and involves a comprehensive turnkey solution including supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and all required accessories for fiber connectivity.
The technical scope requires dedicated primary and secondary fiber links with automatic failover and switching capabilities to ensure redundancy and uninterrupted connectivity. The bidder must provide all necessary hardware such as routers, switches, and cables, along with 24/7 technical support and online network monitoring access for SSGC. The contract period is initially one year, extendable up to two additional years based on performance.
Eligible bidders must be registered Internet/Data Bandwidth Operators with a valid Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) license and active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience of providing similar services to at least five corporate clients is mandatory. The bid must include a fixed bid bond of Rs. 80,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited.
The original bid submission deadline has been extended to 06 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids to be submitted online via the EPADS portal. Physical bid bonds must be delivered to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office, Karachi. Bidders should ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and uploaded correctly to avoid rejection.
