The works will involve all necessary civil engineering, road surfacing, and associated infrastructure as per the detailed project requirements. Bidders must be registered with FBR, SRB, and PEC, and must fulfill all eligibility and evaluation criteria as outlined in the bidding documents. Earnest Money/Bid Security is set at 5% of the estimated cost for each phase, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 applies. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD System by 11-11-2026 at 2:00PM, with technical bids opened the same day at 2:30PM at the Project Manager's office, Ground Floor, Annexe Building, Old KBCA Building, behind Civic Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
