Tender Description
The University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Narowal Campus is seeking the services of AA+ schedule banks for opening a bank branch on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis at its Narowal Campus. This procurement is specifically for financial institutions capable of managing banking operations within the university premises, providing convenient access to banking services for students, faculty, and staff.
The scope involves establishing a fully functional bank branch at the campus, including all necessary infrastructure, staffing, and operational management. Interested banks must be AA+ rated and meet the financial and operational standards required for such a project. The bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website, ensuring transparency and compliance with procurement regulations.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in managing bank branches or similar financial service projects will be advantageous. The tender does not specify a PEC category as it is a service contract.
Bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Hall adjacent to the Vice Chancellor Office by the Central Procurement Cell. Representatives of participating banks are encouraged to attend the bid opening session.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely download and thorough review of the bidding documents from the official PPRA website to avoid any last-minute issues. Early preparation of the Earnest Money and CDR as per the tender requirements will facilitate smooth submission and compliance with the tender conditions.
