Supply of Printing Material, Papers, Board & Card, Coated Plates, Inks for Printing & Stationery Department Muzaffarabad

The Printing & Stationery Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from well reputed and relevant firms/companies registered with GST, Income Tax Department, and Registrar of Companies/Firms in AJ&K who are on the active taxpayers list for the supply of printing materials for the financial year 2026-27 under AJ&K PPRA rules. Items being procured include: - Printing Material - Papers - Board & Card - Coated Plates - Inks The procurement will be conducted on an FOR basis at the Printing & Stationery Department located at Bank Road near Neelum Bridge, Muzaffarabad. Bidders must obtain detailed bid documents including item specifications and instructions by submitting a written application and paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 at the office of the Admin Officer before 05 October 2026 up to 11:00 am. Bidding will follow an open competitive bidding procedure using a single stage two envelope method. Both technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' by 11:00 am on 06 October 2026 to the office of the Manager/Admin Officer. A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt amounting to Rs. 2 million must accompany the technical bid. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a notified date. The employer reserves the right to increase, decrease, or eliminate any items from the list as per AJ&K PPRA Rules 2017. Payment will be made after complete and safe supply of items as per the issued supply order. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. All applicable taxes and charges will be deducted according to prevailing laws.
