Batteries for Vehicles for the Transport Section and Experimental Animals for the Experimental Livestock Farms

Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites manufacturing companies and sole distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to participate in the tender for supplying batteries for vehicles used in the Transport Section and for experimental animals for the Experimental Livestock Farms. Items being procured: - Batteries for Vehicles for the Transport Section - Experimental Animals for the Experimental Livestock Farms The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all applicable taxes in the prescribed Financial Bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder lot-wise. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines; no physical instruments like CDR or Pay Order will be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 5% of the total purchase order value in favor of Treasurer, B.Z.U. Multan for six months. Failure to supply within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the guarantee and further action as per rules. Bids must be submitted on or before 12-11-2026, 12:00 p.m. via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Opening of bids will occur the same day at 12:30 p.m. at the Office of the Purchase Officer or Committee Room, B.Z. University Multan, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. In case of holidays, the opening will be deferred to the next working day.
