Procurement of Battery Operated Vehicles (BOV) for CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi

CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for procurement of ground support equipment, tools, and machines to meet anticipated LP demands during FY2026-27. The procurement is open to manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or Directorate General Procurement – Army (DGP-A) and Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army is also required. Items being procured: - Battery Operated Vehicles (BOV) Tender documents can be inspected at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during working hours 0800 to 1600. Sealed tenders must be submitted in the tender box at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra on or before 16 Nov 2026 till 1030 hours. Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security of Rs. 250000 in the form of CDR, and bidder eligibility/profile documents must be submitted as per instructions. Bids will be opened on 16 Nov 2026 at 1100 hours in presence of bidders' representatives. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without explanation. No price negotiation will be entertained with the lowest evaluated responsive bidders. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes and transportation charges and remain valid till 30 June 2027. All purchases are subject to inspection for quality and quantity. Confidentiality of bids is ensured under the Official Secret Act 1923.
