Civil Work at HPT Rawalpindi and HPT Rawat 2026

The Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works at HPT Rawalpindi and HPT Rawat for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is referenced as P125026 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The works include construction of a PCC pathway, bathrooms with allied works, and water boring with construction of a water tank. Items being procured: - Construction of a PCC Pathway along with allied works - Construction of Bathrooms with allied works - Water boring with construction of water tank with allied works The scope covers preparation, leveling, compaction, and laying of PCC roads and pathways with specified mix ratios and strengths, construction of bathrooms including excavation, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, and electrical works, and water boring with installation of submersible pumps and construction of RCC underground water tanks with all necessary fittings and waterproofing. The site locations are HPT Rawalpindi and HPT Rawat. Eligible bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR (NTN and GSTN), and meet all eligibility criteria as per bidding documents. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order is required. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 portal to participate. The bid validity period is 180 days. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day on EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price in the form of Pay Order is required upon award.
