Provision of Services for Building Repair and Maintenance at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi

Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit e-bids for the provision of services for building repair and maintenance at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi. Items being procured: - Building repair and maintenance services at EOBI House (Ex-Awami Markaz), Karachi Bidding documents can be obtained online from PPRA/EPADS V2.00 portal at a non-refundable cost of PKR 2,500. A mandatory bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of deposit at call, bank draft, or bank guarantee is required in favor of PRIMACO. Bids must be submitted electronically on PPRA/EPADS V2.00 before the deadline. The procurement will follow the Least-Cost Selection (LCS) method under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Public Procurement Rules and Regulations. Eligibility criteria include company credentials with verifiable documents, registration with SECP/Registrar of Firms/Sole Proprietor, valid NTN and FBR/Tax registration with ATL status, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation, and PEC registration in category C-6 or above. Key dates are as follows: procurement documents available from 25th September 2026, bid submission deadline on 12th October 2026 at 1400 hours, and bid opening on 12th October 2026 at 1430 hours. Bidders are advised to ensure completeness and timeliness of their submissions. Joint ventures and conditional tenders will not be accepted. PRIMACO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
