Pre-Qualification for Building Repair, Renovation, Electric, Sanitary, Replacement and Construction Works 2026-27

The Pakistan Post Office Department, through the Office of the Postmaster General Northern Sindh Circle Hyderabad, is inviting pre-qualification and tender submissions for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to contractors and firms interested in annual repair maintenance, petty works, renovation, electric and sanitary works, replacement, and construction or reconstruction of departmental buildings across the Northern Sindh Circle. The notice specifically targets contractors/firms already registered with other government departments who wish to register for this office as well. Firms must provide a full profile including registration details, PEC license or certificate for 2026-27, technical staff list, proof of similar works completed in the last three years, financial status (bank statements), tax certificates, non-blacklisting certificate, partnership deed, and a list of vehicles/tools. All profiles must be accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 5000 in original ACG-67 and a refundable pay order/deposit call of Rs. 50,000 in the name of the Postmaster General Northern Sindh Circle Hyderabad. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration (or proof of application), FBR/ATL compliance, and submission of all required documents via EPADS-2.0 by 25-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids are not accepted. The opening of bids will take place the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Postmaster General, Northern Sindh Circle, Hyderabad.
