The contract is for the entire financial year 2026-27, ensuring continuous availability. Bidders must be well reputed, experienced in the relevant field, and registered with G.S.T / P.S.T, Income Tax, and on the E-PADS system. Eligibility criteria include valid registration on the PPRA website and E-PADS on Punjab acquisitions and disposal system. Bidders must provide 2% bid security of the total tender value in the form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee in the name of Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi.
