Procurement of Poultry Medicines and Vaccines for Financial Year 2026-27

The Poultry Research Institute, Rawalpindi invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System from well reputed and financially capable firms, manufacturers, importers, or authorized dealers registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Professional Tax for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for Poultry Medicines and Vaccines as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended 2016 of PPRA Act 2009. Items being procured: - Procurement of Poultry Medicines & Vaccines The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure requiring separate Financial and Technical Proposals. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost per lot, i.e. Rs. 4.5 million, is mandatory in the form of PSID. Personal cheques are not acceptable. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 15-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. In case of a holiday, the tender will open the next working day.
