Auction of Canteen Contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Jaranwala

The Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Jaranwala invites applications from eligible firms and contractors for the auction of the canteen contract for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is managed by the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Jaranwala, Punjab, and aims to select a qualified contractor to operate the hospital canteen under strict government and departmental policies. Items being procured: - Canteen Contract for Financial Year 2026-2027 The contract includes the provision of electricity for one refrigerator, one fan, and four light points. No additional electrical appliances are allowed without prior written approval from the Medical Superintendent. The contractor must ensure the sale of fresh, hygienic, good quality, and standard food items at all times, strictly following the hygiene and food safety standards prescribed by the Punjab Food Authority and the Health Department. The sale, storage, or supply of expired, substandard, adulterated, prohibited, or unhygienic food items is strictly prohibited and may lead to contract cancellation and legal action. The contractor is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness in and around the canteen and proper waste disposal and sanitation. Eligibility criteria include holding an original CNIC, active FBR registration and NTN, a non-refundable tender/auction fee of Rs. 1,000, an attested affidavit on Rs. 300 stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, a CDR/bank draft of Rs. 100,000 in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jaranwala, a minimum of three years experience operating a canteen in government, semi-government, or autonomous public sector organizations with documentary evidence, and a valid Punjab Food Authority Food Business License. The reserve price for the contract is Rs. 1,300,000. The contract remains valid until 30 June 2027. The successful bidder must deposit all applicable government taxes within three working days of contract award. The auction will be held at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital, Jaranwala District Faisalabad, with the first auction on 03-08-2026 at 10:00 AM, second on 05-08-2026 if required, and final on 07-08-2026 if required.
