Hiring of Canteen Contractor for Canteen Services at ZTBL Head Office Islamabad

ZTBL Islamabad invites bids for hiring a canteen contractor to manage and operate the staff canteen at its Head Office. This contract covers provision of hygienic, nutritious, and affordable meals, snacks, and beverages to approximately 800 employees and authorized visitors. The contractor will also provide catering services for ZTBL staff college trainees on an as-needed basis. The canteen operates Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 06:00 pm, requiring continuous service during tea and lunch breaks. The contractor must deploy trained, courteous, and medically fit staff, ensure proper use and maintenance of ZTBL's kitchen equipment and furniture, and bear responsibility for any damages caused by negligence. The canteen will operate on a self-financed basis with payments collected directly from employees/customers in cash or digital means. ZTBL provides kitchen facilities including gas, electricity, furniture, and appliances but the contractor is responsible for gas supply during load management and maintenance of provided equipment.
