LEASE: Right to Establish and Operate Canteen at CMH Abbottabad for 5 Years

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Abbottabad invites sealed bids from interested businesspersons for the lease rights to establish and operate a canteen at CMH Abbottabad for a period of 5 years. This is a unique opportunity for experienced canteen operators to secure a prime location within the hospital premises, catering to a large and regular clientele of hospital staff, patients, and visitors. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the canteen at CMH Abbottabad (minimum annual rent: Rs. 1,000,000) The successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to run the canteen, subject to compliance with all terms and conditions set by the Cantonment Board. The canteen must maintain high standards of hygiene and service, and only quality food and beverages may be sold. The lease will be for a fixed term of 5 years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The minimum annual rent is set at Rs. 1,000,000, and the successful bidder must deposit 10% of the total bid amount as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of bid submission. Interested parties must submit their sealed bids to the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Abbottabad Cantonment, by 2 September 2026. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bidders must be registered taxpayers and provide proof of experience in running similar establishments. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
