Annual Lease of Canteen and Parking Stand at Wildlife Peshawar Zoo

Wildlife Peshawar Zoo invites competitive bids for the annual lease of its canteen and parking stand through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under the guidelines of KPPRA. This opportunity is open to interested parties who wish to operate these facilities for a period of one year. The auction will be conducted online, and all relevant details are available at the official e-procurement portal. Items being auctioned: - Annual lease of canteen at Wildlife Peshawar Zoo (Reserve price: Rs. 100,000/-) - Annual lease of parking stand at Wildlife Peshawar Zoo (Reserve price: Rs. 300,000/-) Both facilities are located within the premises of Peshawar Zoo, offering significant business potential due to high daily footfall. The successful bidder will be responsible for the management and operation of the respective facility for the entire lease period. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Conservator Wildlife Peshawar Zoo along with their application. The CDR amount should match the reserve price of the respective facility being bid for. Government taxes and other applicable charges will be borne by the successful bidder. Incomplete, conditional, or overwritten applications will be rejected. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
