AUCTION: Shops at Nawabzada Amir Ali Bux Usmanabad Shopping Centre Kot Ghulam Muhammad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Town Committee Kot Ghulam Muhammad invites interested persons to participate in the open auction for collection rights of monthly rents/fees for shops at Nawabzada Amir Ali Bux Usmanabad Shopping Centre for the financial year 2026. The auction will be held under the supervision of the auction committee as per the schedule below in Kot Ghulam Muhammad. Items being auctioned: - Ground Floor Shops G-01, G-6, G-9, G-17 (5000 sq ft, occupancy value Rs. 2500000) - Ground Floor Shops G-2 to G-7 & G-10 to G-16 (5000 sq ft, occupancy value Rs. 1500000) - First Floor Shops A-1 to A-15 (3500 sq ft, occupancy value Rs. 800000) The auction will be conducted on Monday 28.09.2026, Tuesday 29.09.2026, and Wednesday 30.09.2026 at 11:00 am each day. The shops are offered on monthly rent basis. The auction will be held at the office of Town Committee Kot Ghulam Muhammad. Bidders must submit the prescribed Auction Fee and Occupancy Value/Bank Draft in favor of Town Committee Kot Ghulam Muhammad before participating. The successful bidder shall pay 50% of the monthly rent in advance immediately upon acceptance/confirmation of the bid. The balance must be deposited with the Competent Authority before possession. No possession shall be granted until all dues are cleared. The auction is non-refundable and subject to terms and conditions including no subletting, no transfer without approval, and compliance with government rules. The highest bidder shall be declared successful subject to approval by the Competent Authority. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and cancel or postpone the auction if necessary. All bidders must provide original CNIC, Bank Certificate/Bank Draft, affidavit regarding dues, and any other documents required by the Town Committee.
