Hiring of Car Rental Services for Food and Agriculture Exhibition FOODAG-2026 in Karachi

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites sealed bids from registered Car Rental Firms for providing transportation services during the Food and Agriculture Exhibition FOODAG-2026 scheduled from 23rd to 26th November 2026 in Karachi. Items being procured: - Sedan cars (1300 CC, not older than 3 years) with fuel and driver for 24 hours (15 units) - Sedan cars (1300 CC, not older than 3 years) for up to 15 hours (50 units) - Double Cabin Hilux, REVO, VIGO vehicles (6 units) - Land Cruiser vehicles (6 units) - Fortuner/Prado vehicles (6 units) - Bulletproof Double Cabin Hilux, REVO, VIGO vehicles (10 units) - Bulletproof Land Cruiser vehicles (10 units) - Bulletproof Fortuner/Prado vehicles (10 units) - Coasters 22-seaters (25 units) - Hiace 14-seater vans (15 units) The contract duration covers vehicle services from 20th to 27th November 2026, including preparation days. Vehicles must be air-conditioned, not older than 4 years, and drivers must be professionally dressed with valid licenses and security clearances. Bulletproof vehicles must meet B5/B6 standards with proper documentation. The firm is responsible for driver meals and vehicle maintenance. Payment will be made after satisfactory completion and verification of services. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, provide bid security of Rs. 500,000, and demonstrate relevant experience including previous contracts with TDAP and other events. Technical evaluation includes company profile, fleet capacity, financial strength, and experience with a minimum passing score of 70 out of 100. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Assistant Manager (Agro and Food), TDAP, FTC Building, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi by 11:00 AM on 19th October 2026.
