Framework Agreement for Repair and Maintenance of Government Owned Vehicles

The Directorate of Post Clearance & Internal Audit (North), Islamabad invites qualified vendors to apply for a Framework Agreement for the repair and maintenance of Government Owned Vehicles. This agreement is on-demand and will cover repair and maintenance services for vehicles owned by the government, including subsequent call-off contracts during the agreement period. Only prequalified applicants will be entitled to participate in the subsequent procurement process. Invitations to Bid will be issued to prequalified applicants on Wednesday, October 07, 2026. The Framework Agreement is expected to be signed with the successful bidder(s) on Friday, October 23, 2026, for a period of one year. The prequalification process is open to all national applicants subject to eligibility requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents. Applications prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the Prequalification Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, October 23, 2026 12:00 PM. Applications will be opened electronically through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submission of applications shall not be entertained. Vendors who have not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may complete their registration at https://vendor.epads.gov.pk. Guidance regarding registration and bid submission is available on the portal. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration and submission through the EPADS portal to avoid last-minute technical issues. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements will be as per the Prequalification Documents.
