Catering Services for Convocation-2026 at Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids for Catering Services for Convocation-2026 to be held at its Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi. This tender is for professional catering services to manage dinner setup and menu for approximately 4000 guests including graduates, faculty, students, and parents. Items being procured: - VVIP Buffet setup for 100 guests - Acrylic chairs and round table setup with carpet - Crockery and cutlery for 4000 guests - Service bearers with complete uniform (150 staff) - Luminaries and lighting arrangements including wiring - Counters and tables for cold drinks, mineral water, and juices - Dinner menu including Chicken Karahi (500 kg), Beef Biryani/Pulao (450 kg), Fish Fry with Fries (800 kg), Ice Cream (500 liters), Gulab Jamun (350 kg), Mixed Vegetables (120 kg), Milky Naan (3000 pieces), Chappati (150 pieces), Salad Bar (200 kg total), Mint Raita (50 kg), and Live Tea/Green Tea (3000 cups) The catering service must ensure high quality and hygienic food preparation, temperature-controlled transportation, and proper uniformed staff. The site visit is mandatory on November 16, 2026 at 11 AM at IBA Main Campus. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience, FBR and SRB registration, and submit a bid security of Rs. 220,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. Performance security of 10% of the contract value is required upon award. IBA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules 2010.
