Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University (SMBBMU), Larkana-Sindh invites bids electronically through EPADS from active taxpayers and qualified catering, decoration & event management service providers, as well as well-reputed firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with SPPRA E-PADS System, Sindh Sales Tax (SRB), Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Items being procured: - Services for Convocation 2026 at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana - Provide & Supply of Gymnasium Equipments/Machinery for University Gymnasium at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana The scope includes professional event management and catering services for the convocation event, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Additionally, supply of gymnasium equipment and machinery is required to upgrade the university's gymnasium facilities. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have experience in similar projects. Tender documents (SBDs) can be obtained from the office of the Planning, Procurement & Logistic Officer during working hours (10:00am to 3:00pm). Tender fees of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) must be paid via Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Vice Chancellor, SMBBMU, Larkana. Bids must be submitted through the SPPRA EPADS portal and a sealed copy of the bid must also be submitted at the office of the Planning, Procurement & Logistics Officer, SMBBMU Larkana. Bids will be opened on the same date and venue in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A 5% Earnest Money/Bid Security of the total cost in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft must accompany the bid. SMBBMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission deadlines and ensure all required documents and bid securities are in order to avoid disqualification.
