Procurement/Hiring of Services for Operational Plan for Repatriation of Illegal Afghan Citizens and POR Card Holders in District Faisalabad

The procurement concerns the hiring of services related to the Operational Plan for Repatriation of Illegal Afghan Citizens and POR Card Holders in District Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Lot-1: Installation of CCTV Cameras, Walkthrough Gates, Razor Wire & Metal Detectors (Surveillance and Security Equipment) - Lot-2: Vehicles for Transportation from Faisalabad to Torkham Border (Vehicles) - Lot-3: Provision of Food Items including Meal Box, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Drinking Water, Juice, Chips, Biscuit, Cup Cake, Chocolate, Cerelac, Milk Paik (Food Items) - Lot-4: Tantage (with complete job), Generator, Bedding, Tables, Chairs (Tantage and Bedding) The scope includes installation and provision of security equipment, transportation services, food supply, and setup of tantage with necessary furniture and generator support. Bidders must have relevant technical experience and financial capacity, and be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding documents with detailed specifications and eligibility criteria can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System or PPRA website. Earnest money at 3% of the estimated cost for each lot is required via refundable bid security through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 18.11.2026 and will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
