Catering Services for Special Investment Facilitation Council Islamabad

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) Islamabad invites reputed firms and vendors to submit sealed tenders through the E-PADS platform for catering services. The contract involves catering for parliamentarians, employees, media persons, and other visitors attending meetings, conferences, and seminars in Islamabad. Only caterers with a financially sound track record from the Islamabad Municipal Corporation area, possessing proper production and distribution facilities, are eligible. Items being procured: - Catering services for meetings - Catering services for conferences - Catering services for seminars Tender documents including the list of menu items and draft contract are available on E-PADS, www.ppra.org.pk, and https://sifc.gov.pk websites. Bidders must submit a profile of their company demonstrating experience in the catering or high-class cafeteria business, including staff details, skills, client list, and financial soundness. Only firms with proven track records will be considered. An earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost (refundable) must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft in favor of the Deputy Director (General), SIFC, Islamabad before the closing date. No tender will be entertained without earnest money. Tenders must be uploaded on E-PADS by 03.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. in the SIFC office. Bidders are advised to carefully review the menu and contract documents available online and ensure timely submission through the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification.
