Tender Description
Punjab Agriculture Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) invites project proposals for the establishment of a modern cattle market in Multan under the Public Private Partnership (BOT mode). This opportunity is open to interested parties who can design, build, operate, and transfer the cattle market infrastructure as per the authority's requirements.
Items being procured:
- Project proposals for the establishment of a cattle market under BOT mode in Multan
The technical scope includes the complete development of a cattle market facility, including all necessary infrastructure, amenities, and operational systems as per PAMRA guidelines. The selected party will be responsible for the design, construction, operation, and eventual transfer of the facility back to the authority after the agreed concession period.
Eligible firms or consortia must submit their detailed BIO DATA and project proposals in sealed envelopes. Experience in similar PPP/BOT projects, financial soundness, and relevant technical expertise will be considered during evaluation. Earnest Money or CDR requirements, if any, are to be confirmed from the detailed tender documents available at the office.
