CBD Walk-II and Allied Works

Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites experienced and reputable contracting firms to participate in the open bidding process for the execution of CBD Walk-II and Allied Works in Lahore. This opportunity is specifically for firms registered under PEC license category C-1 and above, with specialized codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-02, EE-06, EE-11 (vi) for General Electrical Works Only, ME-01, ME-02, and ME-03. Items being procured: - CBD Walk-II and Allied Works (complete scope as per tender documents) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil and allied works for the CBD Walk-II project, which may encompass construction, electrical, and mechanical components as detailed in the tender documents. Interested bidders must ensure they are not debarred or blacklisted by any government or semi-government department. Firms are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 25,000 and a bid security of PKR 45 million in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Demand Draft in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations 2024. Sealed bids, clearly marked with the name of work, must be submitted to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore, by 11:00 AM on August 24, 2026. No bids without the required bid security will be entertained.
