CCTV Camera System with Complete Allied Equipment, Accessories, Installation, Testing and Completion

The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Regional Office Rawalpindi has reserved funds for the procurement planned for FY 2026-27. This procurement is for a CCTV Camera System with complete allied equipment, accessories, installation, testing, and completion as per contract RWP/TE/009/2026 with reference number P105388. The SNGPL Regional Office Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods described in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - CCTV Camera System - Complete allied Equipment - Accessories - Installation - Testing and completion The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or bid securing declaration as specified. E-Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/105388. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 16, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk.
