The scope is a civil and irrigation infrastructure project involving construction of the specified flood bund and associated works in the relevant River Chenab reach. Only firms or joint venture partners holding renewed Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and enrolled on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Bidders must attach valid PEC registration for 2026-27, government receipts for professional tax, CNIC and registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority for 2026-27. The 2 percent bid security must be processed digitally through the E-Pay system using PSID, with payment through 1-Link or a bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the bid amount.
