Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through its C&W Building Division Charsadda, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for a civil construction work under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for the Charsadda ADP. The work will be executed in Tehsil Tangi, Bar District Charsadda, under the single stage single envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System.
Mandatory item and work list: Sr. 1: Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for Charsadda ADP 251262, construction of Lawyer Shed in Tehsil Tangi, Bar District Charsadda, PK-62. Required PEC category is C-6 and above. The engineer estimate is **PKR 5,239,000**, shown as Rs. 5.239 million. The required bid security is 2% of the engineer estimate plus applicable stamp duty, while the tender entry fee is 0.03% of the engineer estimate through a separate, non-refundable CDR. The completion period will be as specified in the work order.
Bidders must be eligible firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the specified category and must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by **25 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**. Financial bids will be opened on the same day at **12:30 PM**.
