Procurement of Chartered Accountant Services, High Performance Computer System, Medicine for Research, and Research Material (CEMB 2026)

The Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB), Lahore, is inviting sealed tenders from eligible Chartered Firms, manufacturers, authorized/sole distributors, contractors, and suppliers for the annual contract supply of services and research materials for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement covers four distinct lots, each with its own scope and estimated price. Bidders may participate in one or more lots as per their expertise and interest. Items being procured: - Lot 01: Hiring of Services of Chartered Accountant Firm (Rs. 1,050,000) - Taxation affairs/assignments: exemption certificates, quarterly withholding statements, PRA statements, filing of tax returns, compliance with FBR/PRA/statutory notices, advice on tax matters - Establishment/formation of Pension Endowment Fund Trust: trust deed, registration, constitution of Board, NTN/registrations, bank account opening - Establishment/formation of Research & Development Endowment Fund Trust: trust deed, registration, constitution of Board, NTN/registrations, bank account opening - Commercial audit for Financial Year 2025-2026: audit as per standards, commercial audit report, UDIN generation - Lot 02: High Performance Computer System (Rs. 1,150,000) - WD My Cloud Pro PR4100 NAS (1 unit) - WD Red Plus 8TB 3.5 NAS Hard Drive (2 units) - Customized computer system with Intel processor for data analysis (1 unit): Z590 Gaming Plus WiFi ATX motherboard, Intel Core i9-14900K, MSI graphics, 27 inch display, 750W PSU, RGB fans - Parts for customized system: 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD, 6GB MSI graphics, 27 inch display - Laptop (1 unit): 14 inch, Ultra 5, 16GB RAM, 1TB NVMe - Lot 03: Medicine for Research Purpose (Rs. 165,000) - Herceptin (Trastuzumab) injection, 600mg (1 unit): for HER2-positive breast cancer and HER2-overexpressing metastatic gastric cancer - Lot 04: Research Material (Rs. 585,000) - Protein A IgG Purification kit (1ml, 1 unit) - ErbB2 (HER2) Monoclonal Antibody for western blot (100µg, 1 unit) - HAT Medium (vial 1x10ml, 1 unit) - RBC lysis buffer (NH4Cl, 200ml, 1 unit) All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price for each lot, in the form of CDR in favour of Director, CEMB. Bids must be delivered at the Purchase Section, CEMB, University of the Punjab, Lahore, on or before **September 7, 2026, 10:00 AM** in sealed envelopes. Technical bids will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. All technical and financial bids must also be uploaded on the e-procurement portal.
