Appointment of Chartered Accountant Firm for Professional Audit and Financial Consultancy Services for Lyari Development Authority Karachi

Lyari Development Authority (LDA) Karachi is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and experienced Chartered Accountant firms to provide professional audit and financial consultancy services. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting statutory audits and related financial functions for LDA as per the detailed Terms of Reference (TORS). Items being procured: - Appointment of Chartered Accountant Firm for professional audit and financial consultancy services for Lyari Development Authority Karachi Firms must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and should possess a valid Quality Control Review (QCR) rating. The firm must also be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in audit and financial consultancy is required. Firms with prior experience of similar assignments with public sector organizations will be preferred. The scope of work includes conducting statutory audits, providing financial consultancy, and fulfilling all requirements as detailed in the TORS. Interested firms can obtain the detailed TORS from the office of the Secretary, Lyari Development Authority, at 194-B, Block B, SMCHS, Karachi. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 1:00 PM on 27-08-2026. Late submissions will not be entertained.
