Supply of Chip Board Un-Lined Sheets 1000x750x0.5mm to Wah Industries Limited

Wah Industries Limited (WIL) invites sealed quotations for the supply of Chip Board Un-Lined Sheets measuring 1000 x 750 x 0.5mm. This procurement is specifically for delivery to WIL's stores located in Sanjwal Cantt, Wah Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - Chip Board Un-Lined Sheet 1000 x 750 x 0.5mm, Quantity: 30,000 sheets The technical specifications require the sheets to be 1 inch thick, conforming to DEF STAN 81-40/1, Drawing No. AA-3187. A sample of each quoted item must accompany the technical offer; failure to provide samples may result in rejection of the offer. The delivery period is within 90 days from the date of contract award. Bidders must submit their offers in two parts: Part I Technical Offer without price and Part II Commercial Offer with price, each sealed separately. The tender must be accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 via CDR or pay order in favor of Wah Industries Limited. Additionally, a bid security amounting to Rs. 0.20 million in the form of Deposit at Call Receipt or Pay Order from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Offers without bid money will be rejected.
