This procurement is specifically for painting works at two locations within Lahore Airport's aviation facilities: Walkways Marking at FFF Lahore and IPF Lahore. The scope includes surface preparation, cleaning, degreasing, and application of two coats of Chlorinated Rubber Paint (Berger or equivalent) in colors as per site requirement, preferably Black and Golden Yellow. The painting will cover 440 square meters at FFF Lahore and 230 square meters at IPF Lahore. Items being procured: - Paint job for Walkways Marking at FFF Lahore (Aviation), 440 M2 - Paint job for Walkways Marking at IPF Lahore (Aviation), 230 M2 The technical scope involves thorough base preparation including cleaning dust, dirt, oil, grease, rust, chemical residues, enamel paint, and any loose or flaking matter. Degreasing will be done using a non-acidic HD Degreaser, followed by pressurized water cleaning before paint application. Each coat will be inspected by the Location Engineer or their representative. The job includes all materials, services, and equipment required for the painting work. Colors will be applied in strips measuring 3.33'x1' for marking purposes. Eligibility criteria require vendors to visit the site for full job understanding. Vendors must provide trained and experienced personnel adhering to PSO HSE standards and supply all necessary personal protective equipment. Vendors are responsible for travel, boarding, lodging expenses, and obtaining airport entry passes including CNIC and police clearance for all workers. The vendor must ensure proper conduct within the restricted Airport Security Force area and restore the site to its original condition post-completion. Prior permission and notification to PSO representatives are mandatory before mobilization. The work will be considered complete only upon acceptance by PSO representatives.
