Supply of Premium Chromebook Sleeve Bags

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites sealed proposals from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, partners, general order suppliers, firms, associations, and sole proprietors for the supply of premium Chromebook sleeve bags under a framework agreement. Delivery shall be made to the Ministry or another location specified by the procuring agency within Islamabad Capital Territory. Mandatory item list: Sr. 1, Premium Chromebook Sleeve Bag, quantity as per supply order. The bag must have finished dimensions of 12 x 9 x 1.5 inches, a pocket size of 8 x 8 inches, and tolerance of plus or minus 2 mm. Required construction includes imported PVC foam-coated outer fabric, high-density EVA foam padding, imported 190D polyester or brushed tricot lining, reinforced handle with minimum 15 kg load capacity, YKK or premium equivalent number 5 reverse-coil zipper, double-needle stitching, bonded nylon thread, reinforced stress points, digital DTF or screen printing, clean folded binding, and export-quality finish. It must meet water resistance, UV resistance, anti-fungal, anti-mildew, scratch-resistant, compression-resistant, drop-test, handle-load, and zipper-durability requirements. Packaging must include a 50-micron individual polybag and five-layer export corrugated carton. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, including FBR and sales tax departments, active taxpayers, registered on EPADS, and not blacklisted. Qualification requires at least three years of relevant experience, three similar supply orders for public-sector entities during the past five years, proof of financial soundness, authentic documentary evidence, and a non-blacklisting affidavit. Each bidder must submit one non-returnable Chromebook bag sample with the hard-copy bid; failure to provide the sample will result in rejection. The bid security is **Rs. 2.00 million** in CDR or acceptable equivalent, payable in favor of DDO, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Islamabad. A performance guarantee of **5%** of contract value is required.
