Tender Description
Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Weapons Factory, Wah Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for civil, building repair, maintenance, and allied works. The pre-qualification information and supporting documents are required to reach the Bid Center by 21 August 2026 before closing hours. After completion of pre-qualification, tender documents will be issued to selected pre-qualified firms.
The listed term-contract works are: Sr. 1, Term Contract for uplifting of washrooms in WPNs Factory, code 01-TC-C-2026-27, unit one term contract, estimated cost **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 2, Term Contract for roof GI sheets repairing work of Zone-I in WPNs Factory, code 02-TC-C-2026-27, unit one term contract, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 3, Term Contract for periodic services of Zone-II in WPN Factory, code 03-PS-C-2026-27, unit one term contract, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 4, replacement of sanitary fittings and windows and doors of offices in WPN Factory, code 04-TC-C-2026-27, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 5, repair and maintenance of roof valley gutter, code 05-TC-C-2026-27, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 6, repair and maintenance of offices and shops room, code 06-TC-C-2026-27, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 7, periodic services of shops, code 07-PS-C-2026-27, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 8, roof GI sheets repairing work of Zone-II, code 08-TC-C-2026-27, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; Sr. 9, repair and maintenance of roof floor cycle stand and shops plinths, code 09-TC-W-2026-27, **Rs. 1.00 Million**; and Sr. 10, uplifting of old Admin Block corridor, code 10-TC-W-2026-27, **Rs. 1.00 Million**.
Applicants should demonstrate relevant experience, capability, and resources. Required documents include Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant field, qualified staff details, an affidavit confirming that the firm has not been blacklisted, income tax and professional tax payment certificates, firm profile with postal address and telephone, bank statement for the last two years, experience record, and current work progress. Offers may be rejected based on past performance, and missing documents may result in disqualification. The tender must reach the Bid Center, POF Wah Cantt by **11:00 am on 2 September 2026** and will be opened at **11:30 am** at the same location. Contractors should verify the handwritten deadline and prepare complete indexed submissions well before closing.
