District Headquarters Hospital Mirpur AJK invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction and repair of various civil works at the hospital premises in Mirpur AJK. This procurement is being conducted under the AJK PPRA 2017 rules using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. The works are part of the hospital's ongoing infrastructure improvement plan for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Civil works for the main hospital building (Estimated cost: Rs. 46,160) - Civil works for the emergency block (Estimated cost: Rs. 41,464) - Civil works for the female ward building (Estimated cost: Rs. 24,100) - Civil works for the children's ward building (Estimated cost: Rs. 41,346) The scope includes structural repairs, finishing, and minor construction as per the detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. All works must comply with the relevant engineering standards and hospital requirements. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and must be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Earnest Money at 5 percent of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Draft along with the bid. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent upon payment of Rs. 500 non-refundable fee. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent, District Headquarters Hospital Mirpur AJK, by 16-09-2026 at 12:00 pm.
