Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT) invites bids for civil works involving the construction of a CC platform with chain link fencing enclosure for TBS Assembly at Sawai Villas Phase 1 & 2, Shahdadpur Sanghar. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Construction of CC platform (600 sqft)
- Chain link fencing enclosure for TBS Assembly (Area: 30' x 20')
The scope includes all civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications attached with the tender documents. The site is located at Sawai Villas Phase 1 & 2, Shahdadpur Sanghar, Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with Specialization Code CE-10. Bidders are required to submit a physical bid bond to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before the bid submission deadline. Complete tender documents including Tender Terms, BOQ, Price Schedule, and Annexures must be uploaded duly signed and stamped, otherwise bids will be rejected.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
