Construction of Civil Works for CC Platform & Chain Link Fencing Enclosure (02 Nos.) at TBS Assemblies at Mirpurkhas Region

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT) invites bids for the construction of civil works involving CC platform and chain link fencing enclosures at TBS assemblies in Mirpurkhas region. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Construction of CC platform and chain link fencing enclosure (01 No.) at TBS Fazalabad, Jamil Colony & Church Mohalla Matli, Mirpurkhas (300 sqft) - Construction of CC platform and chain link fencing enclosure (01 No.) at TBS Arbab Mohalla, Talib-ul-Moula Colony, Memon Mohalla & Kaka Mohalla Hala Mirpurkhas (250 sqft) The scope includes civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications attached with the tender documents. Bidders must have a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with Specialization Code CE-10. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 30,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is required. Complete tender documents including terms, BOQ, price schedule, and annexures must be uploaded duly signed and stamped. The contract duration is 120 days with commencement expected from March 17, 2027. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
