Civil Works, Erection, Stringing and Testing for 220KV D/C Twin Bundle T/Line NKLP-SNR-Ghazi due to Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalnagar Motorway Construction

The National Grid Company (NGC) of Pakistan Limited invites bids for civil works, erection, stringing, testing and commissioning related to the raising of a 220KV D/C Twin Bundle Transmission Line NKLP-SNR-Ghazi. This project is necessitated by the construction of the Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalnagar Motorway (LSBM) and involves significant infrastructure work in Lahore. Items being procured: - Civil Works - Erection - Stringing - Testing & Commissioning for Raising of 220KV D/C Twin Bundle T/Line NKLP-SNR-Ghazi The technical scope covers comprehensive civil and electrical works including site preparation, erection of transmission towers, stringing of conductors, and thorough testing and commissioning to ensure operational readiness. The project demands adherence to high standards of quality and safety, with all works conducted in compliance with NGC and NHIA regulations. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for civil works and have relevant experience in similar transmission line projects. Registration with FBR and ATL compliance is mandatory. Bidders should prepare their Technical and Financial Bids in accordance with the Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Executive Engineer (S&I Division), EHV-1 NGC Lahore, located at House No. 03 opposite the New School, Block-C Model Town Lahore. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 is payable by bank draft in favor of XEN EHV S&I Division, NTDCL. The deadline for bid submission is **27th July 2026 at 14:00 HRS** via E-PADS, with original bid security submitted in hard copy before closing. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 HRS in the presence of bidders' representatives.
