Civil Works, Erection, Stringing and Testing for 220KV D/C Twin Bundle T/Line NKLP-SNR-Ghazi

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) Lahore invites bids for civil and electrical works related to the construction of a 220KV Double Circuit Twin Bundle Transmission Line from NKLP to SNR-Ghazi. This project is part of the Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalnagar Motorway (LSBM) development. The scope includes Civil Works, Erection, Stringing, Testing, and Commissioning for the transmission line. Items being procured: - Civil Works - Erection - Stringing - Testing & Commissioning of 220KV D/C Twin Bundle Transmission Line NKLP-SNR-Ghazi The technical scope covers comprehensive civil and electrical construction activities at the site, including foundation works, tower erection, conductor stringing, and final testing to ensure operational readiness. The project demands adherence to high engineering standards and coordination with NHA resources. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category for such works. Firms should have valid FBR registration and demonstrate relevant experience in transmission line projects. The bidding process follows PEC’s Single Stage-Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure. Bidders can obtain bidding documents from the office of the Executive Engineer (S&I Division), NGC Lahore, located at H. No. 03 Opposite to the New School, Block-C Model Town Lahore. The cost of bidding documents is PKR 5,000, payable via bank draft in favor of XEN EHV S&I Division, NTDC. The deadline for bid submission is **27th July 2026 at 14:00 HRS** through the E-PADS system only. Original bid security must be submitted in hard copy before the closing deadline at the specified address. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 HRS in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
