Civil works, erection, testing and commissioning for extension works at 500kV grid stations Faisalabad West, Rahim Yar Khan and Bahawalpur

The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites bids from eligible firms for civil works, erection, testing and commissioning for extension works at three major grid stations: 500kV Grid Station Faisalabad West, 500kV Grid Station Rahim Yar Khan, and 220kV Grid Station Bahawalpur. These works are to be executed under NGC's own resources and follow a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Addition of 01 No. 500kV, 750MVA Auto Transformer Bank and 02 Nos. 220kV Line Bays at 500kV Grid Station Faisalabad West - Addition of 01 No. 220kV, 250MVA Auto Transformer and 04 Nos. 220kV Line Bays at 500kV Grid Station Rahim Yar Khan - Addition of 02 Nos. 220kV Line Bays at 220kV Grid Station Bahawalpur The scope includes civil construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of the specified transformer banks and line bays at the mentioned grid stations. The works require experienced contractors familiar with high voltage grid infrastructure and capable of adhering to NGC standards and safety regulations. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar high voltage grid station projects will be an advantage. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is mandatory and must be submitted in original before the bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 24th August 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Original bid security must be delivered to the Director General (Procurement) NGC, Hall No.02, 8th Floor Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road Lahore.
