Tender Description
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the civil works renovation of 16 CP Stations and 2 Guard Rooms along with the new construction of 2 Care Taker Rooms at various locations within HQ-3 Hyderabad Section. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform.
Items being procured:
- Renovation works of CP Stations (16 Nos.)
- Renovation works of Guard Rooms (02 Nos.)
- New construction of Care Taker Rooms (02 Nos.)
The scope includes all civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and criteria specified in the tender documents. The works are to be executed at the Operation Store KT with a delivery schedule of 120 days. Bidders must possess a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with sub-category CE-10. Submission of a physical bid bond amounting to Rs. 158,500 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SSGC is mandatory before bid submission deadline, failing which bids will be rejected.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms, conditions, and specifications available on the EPADS portal.
