Tender Description
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the shifting of 132 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line (1.8 km) from Sangjani-II (B-17) to NIIA and 132 kV Tarnol to F-11 Circuits at Fazia Housing Scheme between location No. 53 to 59 in Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is under the cost deposit head with an estimated cost of **Rs. 38,537,322/- including PST** for the financial year 2026-27.
Items being procured:
- RCC Foundation Pile Foundations of Poles (40 m and 173.1 m bored piles)
- Supplying and fabrication of intermediate grade deformed reinforcement for RCC piles
- Reinforced cement concrete work
- Fixing in position of foundation bolts
- Erection of Steel Tubular Poles including SPA, SPD, and SPG tubular poles
- Stringing of conductor, shield wire, installation of insulators, fittings, dampers
- Environmental Management & Monitoring Plan (EMMP) including water, air, noise quality monitoring
- Dismantling charges of existing poles, towers, conductors and fabrication/manufacturing of anchor bolts and templates
The technical scope includes construction of RCC pile foundations, erection of steel tubular poles, stringing and installation of conductors and fittings, dismantling of existing infrastructure, and implementation of environmental mitigation measures. The project site is located in Islamabad.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration with Category C-5 specialization codes CE-02, CE-10, EE-05, valid tax registration, and experience in construction of 132 kV or higher voltage transmission lines. Joint ventures are allowed with up to two members. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Bidders must register on EPADS to participate.
