Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the civil works construction and installation of five Deep Well Ground Beds on the Transmission Main Pipelines Network in the Sindh Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure with a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above required for participation.
Items being procured:
- Construction / Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at CPS MP-290, Jhimpir District, Section IV
- Construction / Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at CPS KMP-372, Jamshoro District, Section IV
- Construction / Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at CPS KMP-111, Jamshoro District, HQ-3 Section
- Construction / Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at CPS MP-232, Matiari District, HQ-3 Section
- Construction / Installation of Deep Well Ground Bed at CPS MP-237, Matiari District, HQ-3 Section
The scope includes all civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications provided in the tender documents. The works are to be executed at specified locations on the transmission main pipelines network in Sindh. Bidders must have valid PEC registration and meet all eligibility criteria including FBR registration and must submit a bid security of PKR 150,000 in the form of a pay order or demand draft.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS. Interested bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents, ensure timely submission of all required documents including the physical bid bond to the SSGC Tender Room before the deadline, and comply with all terms and conditions.
