Civil Works for Renovation and Upgradation of Newly Installed SMS Larkana (as per BOQ)

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for civil works involving the renovation and upgradation of the newly installed SMS system at Larkana as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Civil works for renovation and upgradation of newly installed SMS Larkana as per BOQ The scope includes all civil works detailed in the BOQ and technical specifications attached with the tender documents. The work site is located in Larkana, Sindh. Bidders must possess a valid PEC certificate category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10. Registration with FBR (NTN) and compliance with all eligibility criteria including financial, technical, and legal capacity is mandatory. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 205,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SSGC is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the SSGC Tender Room before the bid submission deadline. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS and review all bidding documents carefully. Technical and financial bids must be complete and conform to the prescribed formats.
