Tender for Original Works for the Financial Year 2026–2027 - Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Recarpeting of Streets at Westridge - 2, Rawalpindi Cantt)

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of original civil works for the financial year 2026–2027. This tender specifically covers the recarpeting of streets at Westridge - 2, Rawalpindi Cantt, located in Rawalpindi city, Punjab province. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Demolition of Premix Carpet / Bituminous Pavements (332.54 Cum) - Tack Coat on asphaltic surface (6817.18 Sqm) - Providing and laying Asphaltic Wearing Course of any thickness with asphalt cement 60/70 or 80/100 using JMF (782.72 Ton) The scope of work includes demolition of existing premix carpet, application of tack coat on asphaltic surfaces, and laying of asphaltic wearing course as per specifications. The work is to be completed within 27 days at the specified location. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories, possess valid FBR/NTN registration, and must not be blacklisted or debarred by any government or semi-government authority. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or bid securing declaration is mandatory. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements.
