Civil Works and Repairs for Pakistan Railways Moghalpura Workshops

Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites bids for various civil works and repairs under the Composite Schedule Rates 2016 for the Workshops Division. Items being procured: - Improvement/Replacement of existing Underground Corroded and Rusted Sui Gas Pipelines in C&W Shops in the Section of IOW/South Moghalpura - Improvement/Replacement of existing Underground Corroded and Rusted Sui Gas Pipelines in Loco Shops in the Section of IOW/North Moghalpura - Special repair to damaged/unsafe RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 23 (17 Units) New Military Barracks in the Section of IOW/North Moghalpura - Special repair to damaged/unsafe RCC roof and raising floor of Class-IV Staff Block No. 08 (17 Units) Old Military Barracks in the Section of IOW/North Moghalpura - Special repair to damaged Jack Arch roof and Other Misc: Works of CIP Hall in OS/W Office in the Section of IOW/North Moghalpura - Special repair to damaged/Corroded Water Supply Pipe Line at MET Center in the Section of IOW/North Moghalpura - Construction of New 17 Nos Premium Shops near Bungalow No. 130 Main Moghalpura Road in the Section of IOW/South MGPR - Construction of New 16 Nos Premium Shops near Sports Complex Wheatman Road in the Section of IOW/North MGPR - Construction of New 12 Nos Premium Shops near Bungalow No. 309 Wheatman Road in the Section of IOW/North MGPR The scope includes civil repairs, pipeline replacement, and construction of premium shops at various locations within the Moghalpura workshops area. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant categories and have valid NTN and GST registration. Earnest money amounts vary per item and must be submitted as a scanned copy of CDR issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura, with the firm/agency name on the CDR. Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by or before 11:00 am on 05-11-2026. Original bid security must be submitted physically in the tender box at the office of Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura. Only bids submitted via E-PADS will be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the scanned CDR copy clearly shows the firm name and is issued by a scheduled bank to avoid disqualification. Also, timely submission via E-PADS is critical as no other submission method will be accepted.
