Installation of 500 LPH Fully Automatic R.O. Water Filtration Plant with Chiller at CUI Islamabad Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the installation of a 500 LPH Fully Automatic Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Water Filtration Plant with a chiller at the CUI Islamabad Campus. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 500 LPH R.O Water Purification system with SS Skid Stand and fully automatic valves - Water Chiller with 1500 Liters per day capacity, SS 304 grade tank and outer body - 10 water tabs including 8 drinking-water bubbler taps and 2 bottle-filling taps - Service & Maintenance Contract on yearly basis including monthly visits, replacement of chemicals, cartridges, membranes, and water testing The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the complete system outside Academic Block-II (AB-II). The system comprises filtration/pre-treatment, R.O membranes, UV treatment, pumps, automatic valves, control system, SS skid/frame, piping, fittings, and accessories. All pumps are brand new with a one-year warranty. The water chiller is of SS-304 grade. The contractor is responsible for complete installation and fixation at site. Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, FBR registration (NTN and GSTN), PEC license, and proof of non-blacklisting. Bidders must provide evidence of three similar contracts over Rs. 500,000 each in the last five years. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft is required.
